What Makes Us Different

Here’s What You Can Expect from Us:

• Your consultation with us is 100% GUARANTEED!  Seriously, if you don’t feel that we answered all your questions and addressed your concerns we will fully refund your consultation fee.  No hassles, no questions and no weasel clauses.  If we do not provide you a great consultation we do not deserve your money.
• Your  calls are actually returned every day (Monday - Friday).  It’s sad that we have to even say this but most attorneys take days to return your calls (if they return them at all).  We make it a policy that all calls received during the day are returned no later than 6pm that day.  Calls received after 6pm are returned the following day.
  
• We provide payment plans.  Our clients understand that we provide excellent service for a fair price and that we do not negotiate our prices.  But we understand that making a lump-sum payment is often difficult.  So whenever feasible we offer our clients a payment plan to make things a bit easier for them.
• We give you lots of “information.” We realize that informed individuals make happier clients. You will walk away solid understanding what is happening in your case and the estimated time lines.  Surprises are great but not when it comes to your legal matters.
• We grow our business predominantly through word-of-mouth and we EXPECT referrals from our clients.  It sounds a bit demanding but if, and only if, you are THRILLED with our service we appreciate you telling your friends and family about us.
  

Here’s what we DON’T do:

• We do not give free consultations.  Our clients understand that anything that is given away for free does not hold much value.  So we do charge for our consultations.  But we also know that it is often unsettling to hire an attorney that you don’t know.  So we make this a WIN-WIN situation for you.  If you decide to retain our services on the day of your consultation we will credit your consultation fees toward your legal fees.  If you did not feel that you received your money’s worth during your consultation you get every penny back.  We don’t know of any attorneys that will make that same guarantee.
• We do not take calls all day long.  We need to make sure that your case gets the attention it deserves so we do not allow calls to interrupt us from the work at hand.  But if there is ever a true emergency the receptionist will let us know and we will take your call.  This practice allows us to help you as best we can.
• We do not accept every client that comes in.  Look, you need to work with an attorney that you get along with and that is experienced in handling your type of case.  If we feel that we will not be a good fit to work together or your case will be better handled by another attorney we will provide you a referral so both of us know you are in the best hands.
