Schedule a Consultation

All new clients are recommended to schedule a consultation before doing anything else.  This protects you!  If you are looking for a quick answer to an immigration question without providing all the facts or all the documents or all relevant information you may be jeopardizing your own case.  That is why we strongly suggest all new clients to start with a consultation.  This allows us to provide you the most accurate information based on your particular circumstances.

The cost for a 30-minute initial consultation is $175. Consultations may be in-person or over the phone and are both guaranteed (see below) plus if you retain our services within on the day of your consultation we will credit your consultation fee towards your legal fees.

You can expect the following to occur during our 30-minute consultation:

• You will have the opportunity to ask the attorney any questions or discuss any concerns that you have about your case
• You will learn what options are available to you based upon the information you provide the attorney
• You will receive the attorney’s recommendation as to which option(s) be believes are in your best interest

For emergency consultations (those required the same day) please call our office directly at 877-KUMAR-LAW (877-586-2752).  We will take your payment over the phone and set up a consultation ASAP.  Please note that emergency same-day consultations are billed at $275 for a 30-minute consultation.

GUARANTEE: All consultations are unconditionally guaranteed.  This means that at the end of your consultation if you do not feel that your questions and concerns were adequately addressed, your consultation fee will be fully refunded.

Please be on time for your consultation. If you arrive or call late it will decrease the amount of time that you will be able to spend discussing your case.  If it is necessary for you to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance in order to obtain a refund.

Please bring a COPY of ALL relevant documents with you when you come in for the consultation (expect to leave that copy with our office if we agree to take your case).

If you are scheduled for a PHONE consultation be sure to scan and email all necessary documents as a single PDF document to sameer@kumarlaw.com prior to the consultation and call 908-595-2164 at the scheduled time of your consultation unless we have agreed to call you at a particular number ahead of time.
